Christianrock’s one-world church building enterprise was in full steamat this event. Other popular groups and artists participatingwere Newsboys, Underoath, Building 429, Norma Jean,Steven Curtis Chapman, Tammy Borden, Love & Death,Casting Crowns, and Disciple. 15,000 enthusiastic fansgathered to celebrate ecumenical unity through the sensualpower <strong>of</strong> rock & roll. Participants could choose from threeworship services, including a Catholic Mass led by BishopDavid Ricken, who <strong>of</strong>ficially approves <strong>of</strong> the “MarianApparitions” at the Shrine <strong>of</strong> Our Lady <strong>of</strong> Good Help innorthern Wisconsin. e apparition appeared to Adele Brisein 1859 and said, “I am the Queen <strong>of</strong> Heaven, who prays forthe conversion <strong>of</strong> sinners,” plainly identifying itself as ademon, since the only Queen <strong>of</strong> Heaven mentioned in350
