Measure pistontravel as follows:• Do not include the plate welded to the fulcrum lever.• Do not include the front mounting plate.• When working faces are not parallel, use a median(average) line.On MISNER/TTX truck mounted air brake cylinders, the air-bagdesignedactuator is mounted to each truck bolster. A load indicationpointer is located inside the truck on the slack adjuster.The maximum stroke is 12-3/8 inches.
