Period <strong>of</strong> contract Initiaily one year, term<strong>in</strong>abre on one month,s noticefrom eitherside. The extension shall be subject torequirement and the performance <strong>of</strong> the <strong>in</strong>cumbent.The <strong>engagement</strong> shall be co-term<strong>in</strong>us with the life<strong>of</strong> the MGNREGA scheme and shall automaticallvterm<strong>in</strong>ate with the closure <strong>of</strong> the scheme.2.
