It is a fully integrated system that will control anysyringe, cartridge or dispense valve; no separate dispense controller is required. The mounting bracket simply slidesover the 3 3 ⁄4" mounting rail that is attached to the bottom ofthe slide and is secured using a nylon screw. Once thedispenser is attached, the pneumatic dispense controls arepressed into the clearly labeled connections. The pneumaticdispense control fittings are 1 ⁄4" female NPT fittings and themost commonly required fittings to integrate a syringe,cartridge or valve are supplied.The height, position and angle of the dispense point caneasily be adjusted using the stand clamps. The stand clamps arespecifically designed to adjust effortlessly yet consistently holdtheir position during operation.The dispensing process is controlled using five variables thatare easy to adjust, set, and monitor.
