This dispenser is electro - mechanically operated anddoes not require the use of an air source.Features:• Air-free dispensing eliminates air in product avoidingpremature product clogging of cyanoacrylates• Instant reverse for vacuum suck-back that shuts offthe flow of liquid and prevents dripping• Adjustable post-delay time for vacuum setting• Simple and convenient load mechanism providesfor easy tube changes• Continuous or timed mode of dispense• Large digital LED display• Includes four (4) different feed line tubing sizes toaccommodate various product viscositiesTheory of OperationThe hand held applicator with extended tubing and matchingnozzle is positioned through an eccentric rotor pump assemblyand then inserted into any product bottle. Rotation speed andtime of the rotor motion is then adjusted to dispense the preciseand repeatable drop or bead. The peristaltic motion of the rotorimparts pressure on the tube and pumps product out of thebottle. The rotor can then be set up to reverse after the dispensecycle to provide suck-back and prevent dripping. Rotor directioncan also be adjusted to accommodate placing either end of thetube in the product bottle.
