It is precise down to 0.0005 ml,and has an adjustable stroke control to pinpoint your exact dispense requirement. This valve featuresthe convenience to directly attach filled product syringes ranging in size from 5 to 30 ml fordispensing. (227 g)stainless steel needlesMaximum Fluid Pressure100 psi (7 bar)Theory of OperationApplication of adhesive using the Loctite® Micro Needle Valve isachieved in conjunction with a pressure-time controller andadhesive reservoir system. The controller directs the pressurizedair to the actuator of the valve through the inlet air port for a predeterminedperiod of time. This causes the normallyclosed, needle rod assembly to retract from the seat inside thedispensing tip, allowing the adhesive to flow from the materialinlet to the dispensing tip.
