Abrasion resistant should be used when abrasive fillers are present.Mix ratios from 1:1 to 5:1 require the 1:1 valve, mix ratios >5:1 require the 10:1 valve.2 Viscosity and mix ratio are dependent. High mix ratios and viscosities = larger diameters, Low mix ratios and viscosities = smaller diameters.3 Viton for epoxy resin, urethane resin and hardener, and silicone resin and hardener. EP for epoxy hardener and MMA resin and hardener.4 Mild steel is standard. Stainless should be used for materials that are incompatible with mild steel. Abrasion resistant should be used when abrasive fillers are present.5 Required for highly filled materials. Mixing suspends the filler in the fluid.6 Require the use of an accumulator.
