They contain twohigh precision volumetric displacement pump assemblies.Selectable paired pump diameters determine the ratio fora fixed system. The variable ratio unit utilizes a pneumaticcylinder to adjust a lever-beam drive link to automaticallychange ratio requirements. Shot size is controlled usinga PLC interface for stroke adjustment.
