These machines are capable ofcontrolled shot size, dispensing through a pre-set mechanicalstroke adjustment. Flow rate is also variable through the use ofa pressure regulator. They contain two highprecision volumetric displacement pump assemblies. Selectablepaired pump diameters determine the ratio for a fixed system.The variable ratio unit utilizes a pneumatic cylinder to adjusta lever-beam drive link to automatically change ratiorequirements. Shot size is controlled using a manual vernierselector switch and 4-digit reference.
