These popular units provide a less complex and morecost effective dispensing solution when compared to systems with separatereservoirs and controllers. Combined with the digital timing feature, this unit willprovide precise dispensing control with any Loctite® automatic dispense valve orpneumatic hand held applicator, sold separately. The reservoir is large enough toaccept up to 2 kg bottles, and units can be equipped with low level sensing asshown in the chart below.Features:• Equipped with a 0 to 15 psi, or a 0 to 100 psiadjustable pressure regulator• Easy-to-read pressure gauge• Continuous or timed dispense mode from0.01 to 99.9 seconds• Drip funnel for reservoir lid during product changeover• 97017 and 97020 offer low level sensors, and arerecommended when dispensing cyanoacrylate adhesivesTheory of OperationThe unit is connected to an external pneumatic supply, andregulates the adjusted dispensing pressure during theselected dispensing time. A bottle of adhesive is placeddirectly into the integrated reservoir, and the reservoir lid isclamped in place. It is then pressurized using clean, filtereddry air.
