Cure Chambers &Flood SystemsLIGHT CURELOCTITE ® ZETA ® 7420 VISIBLE LIGHT FLOOD SYSTEMItem Numbers: 98060 and 98182The Loctite® ZETA® 7420 Visible Light Flood Systems (98060 with 120 VAC and98182 with 230 VAC) represent an innovative, extremely cost-effectiveapproach to “high-intensity” curing. These systems are designed for use ina wide range of bonding, potting, tacking and sealing applications. Theirreliability and simplicity are well suited to a variety of productionoperations. Most Loctite® brand light cure adhesives with dual curecapability (UV/Visible) are compatible with these systems, includingLoctite® brand 3103, 3105, 3106, 3107, 3494, 3525,3526, 4304 and 4305 Light Curing Adhesives.Features:• High intensity 1,500 watt bulb – item number 985940• Optimized to emit in the visible blue and green region• Typical curing area of 12" x 12"• 1,000 hours of expected bulb life with proper handlingand maintenance• Lamp and power supply are separate forinstallation flexibility• Lamp includes mounting chains for easyattachment to customer fixtures• Contains a glass filter to reduce the shortand medium wavelength lamp emissionsTheory of OperationThe operator places the bonded assembly into the cure area,allows the assembly to be exposed for the proper time, andmanually removes the cured assembly.
