They offer theoptimal balance between oven size and mass, andheat up time and efficiency. The Casa2G ovens areperfect for weekend entertaining and weekdaycooking for your family.The Casa2G ovens feature four unique technologies:• The Casa2G oven 2” dome is produced using aproprietary 142 pcf density, 8,230 psi strengthrefractory material and a two-sided, vibrated moldcasting process — the same material and process weuse for our commercial ovens. It is a remarkably hardand durable material that is superior to old-fashionedclay ovens.• The Casa2G oven floor is constructed using large18”x18”x2” commercial-grade (2,700psi compressedand 2,650ºF kiln-fired) baking tiles with Cordierite —for superior thermal shock resistance and betterbaking.• Each Casa2G oven is delivered with completeinsulation for outstanding heat retention, andincludes 3" of high-tech ceramic blanket domeinsulation and 2" of ceramic board floor insulation —eliminating the need for old-fashioned and inefficientvermiculite or Perlite.• The Casa2G Series features an interlocking domedesign with a monoblock vent, making assemblysimple — and with fewer, tighter seams, the Casa2Govens offer better heat retention, cookingperformance, and durability than other residentialovens.The Casa2G ovens can be installed either on a sitebuiltconcrete block stand, or a Forno Bravo metaloven stand. The Casa2G Series ovens are ETL andANSI NSF-4 tested for indoor installation.
