ЗЕЛСте (тимско работење, комуницирање (интерно и екстерно),носење одлуки, итн. Со проектот беа опфатени вработенитена ЦРППР, вработените на ЛЕР канцелариитена општините од Полошкиот регион, а беа обучувани ипретставници од неколку невладини организаци и одбизнис секторот. Целта е подобрување на кавалитетоти ефикасноста на услугите што ги нуди ЦРППР и останатитечинители во регионот.За општини Тетово, Теарце, Јегуновце, Желино, Брвеница,Боговиње, Врапчиште, Градежниот факултетод Скопје ќе изработи Физибилити студија за регионаленводовод што ќе овозможи добра основа за заедничкинастап при обезбедување на средства за реализирањена главниот проект за регионален водовод, какоод домашни така и странски извори и долготрајно решениеза рационално искористување за водата за пиењекојашто во последно време претставува голем проблемза секоја општина. За финансирање на студијата епотпишан договор помеѓу сите општини кои се опфатенисо студијата за регионален водовод.Во средината на 2010 година од страна на ЕПИ-ЦЕНТАР–Скопје беше изработена „Студија за развој натуризмот во шарпланинскиот регион“. Оваа студија гидава сите позначајни одговори како и на кој начин дасе развие туризмот во шарпланинскиот регион и го опишувацелокупниот потенцијал што го поседува ШарПланина.НОВИ ПРОЕКТИ ВО 2011Полошкиот плански регион од средствата на Биротоза регионален развој годинава ќе реализира шестпроекти од доменот на инфраструктурата, во вредностод над 12 милиони денари. Во поголемиот дел од проектитевклучени се по две-три општини. Тоа се проектите:„Проект за регулација на коритото на река Речица,село Г.Речица-Тетово”, „Изработка на просторен план„Индустриско-стопанска зона, с.Врапчиште”, „Доводенцевковод за водоснабдување на с.Дебреше - општинаГостивар”, „Изградба на фекална канализациона мрежаво н.м. Желино, општина-Желино”, „Изработка напросторен план (урбанистичка документација) за с. Доброште”.Постапката за давање под концесија на регионалнатадепонија- Русино,во завршна фазаment offers possibility for all interested parties from theeconomy to buy construction area for their needs for thepurpose of expanding the business activities or realisationof new business ideas. The location is really attractiveand the tendency exists for attracting not only nationalbut foreign investors and in particular to stimulatethose from diaspora for the purpose of investing inhometown.The project for strengthening the capacities of CDERincluding several one day trainings was realized through3 activities as follows: 1. program for project management,preparation and implementation of IPA and otherprojects, 2. Training for organizational set-up and efficientfunctioning of the processes in the Centre and 3.Program for development of soft skills of the employees(team work, communication (internal and external),making decisions etc. The project covered the employeesof CDER and the representatives of several non-governmentalorganizations and business sector were as welltrained. The aim is improvement of the quality and efficiencyof the services offered by CDER and by other actorsin the region.For the municipality of Tetovo, Tearce, Jegunovce,Zhelino, Brvenica, Bogovinje and Vrapchishte, the Facultyof Civil Engineering from Skopje will draft FeasibilityStudy for regional water supply thus providing goodbasis for mutual performance while providing assets forrealization of the main project for regional water supplyboth from national and foreign sources and long-term solutionfor rational use of drinking water as a major problemfor each municipality in the last period. An Agreementon Financing the Study has been signed betweenall municipalities covered by the study for regional watersupply.In the middle of 2010 EPICENTAR-Skopje made Studyon development of the Tourism in Shar Planina Region.The Study provides all more significant answers how todevelop the tourism in Shar Planina region and describesthe entire potential owned by Shar Planina.NEW PROJECTS IN 2011By using the assets of the Bureau for Regional Development,this year Polog Region will realise six projectsin the area of infrastructure in an amount of over MKD12 million. Two-three municipalities are involved in themajor part of the projects. The projects are as follows:Project for Regulation of Rechica River bed, G. Rechicavillage-Tetovo, Drafting Physical plan Industrial –economiczone, Vrapchishte village, afferent pipeline for watersupply of Debreshe village- Municipality of Gostivar,Construction of faecal drainage in Zhelino settlement,Municipality of Zhelino, Drafting Physical Plan (planningdocumentation) for Dobroshte village.Procedure on granting under concession of regionalrubbish dump – Rusino, in final phaseThe procedure on granting under concession of regionalrubbish dump Risino, in Gostivar is of special importance.The procedure is implemented by REC Skopje authorizedby the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning,through mixed commission consisted of representativesof MEPP and representatives of the municipalitiesin Polog Region. The procedure is implemented by competencedialog and it is in final phase that is the third phase isin ongoing related to finding technical solution and signingof the agreement with the best business entity. The agreementis expected to be signed till the end of July.16МАЈ 2011
