Powerful, fast and consistent in caliberApplicationThe TIPPER TiE SV4800 is the idealclipping system for slicer ware andshaped products. All known plastic,fibrous and collagen casingscan be processed fast and safely.It closes all kinds of sausage, suchas scalded, raw and cooked sausageas well as shaped productswith diameters 45–160 mm. TheSV4800 is the result of many yearsof experience and systematic productdevelopment. The new spreadingvoider system allows processingof ham products with all standardartificial casings up to caliber160 mm. For air-free slackfilling the SV4800 can optionallybe equipped with an overspreadingdevice for total spreading upto 250 mm.TechnologyThe newly developed Shuttle clippingtechnology (patent pending)allows production speeds up to120 portions/minute. The SV4800is both the fastest and the mostquiet spreading voider for U clipsin the world.The clip pressure monitoring systemprevents machine damagedue to operating errors. If the setthreshold value of the closure forceis reached, the safety system istriggered and stops the machine.Quick casing change without movingthe clipping head. The «Quickrelease», a new swivel mechanismfor the casing brake (trademarkrights pending) allows quick casingchange. Maintenance and downtimescan be minimized considerablywhich increases machine servicelife.The swivel-mounted discharge conveyorensures a consistent caliberof the products due to programmableand infinitely variable conveyorbelt speeds. The discharge conveyorheight can be easily adapted tothe product.The optional labelling system TagprintTD60 is the perfect basis fora consequent traceability of theproducts. It ensures comprehensivecontrol of the complete processchain from the manufacturerto the end user.
