It isthus advised to keep and update, where necessary, <strong>the</strong> documentary evidence (see point[G 1] in section 5.2) resulting from <strong>the</strong> <strong>application</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> CSM process in order to enablethose fur<strong>the</strong>r risk assessments to be conducted <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> railway systems and <strong>the</strong>ir interfaces.Where relevant, <strong>the</strong> results <strong>of</strong> each system configuration used in operation will need to beput into <strong>the</strong> proposer's archives at least during <strong>the</strong> system life-time. Unless agreeddifferently in <strong>the</strong> contracts at <strong>the</strong> beginning <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> project, <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r involved actors could alsohave <strong>the</strong>mselves to archive <strong>the</strong>ir respective risk and safety analysis results.
