EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
FINE ARTS PRODUCTION
This Agreement is entered on the 1st of June by and between MICHAEL HADLEY
("Employee") and the DESERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT ("District"). The
parties agree as follows:
1. District employs employee, and employee accepts employment in the Fine Arts program to provide the
followings services:
Lighting DesigoerRechnical Director - UNunsense" Production
2. Unless sooner terminated, the t en of this employment shall be from June 1, 1996 to June 30, 1996:
3. Employee shall be compensated on the following basis:
$900.00 to paid as follows:
Employee agrees to payroll deductions which include: Federal and State taxes, Social Security and
Medicare taxes, as may be individually applicable. Employee also agrees to obtain fmgerprints and
tuberculosis skin test as required in the Education Code.
4. Employee understands and acknowledges that this employment is of a temporary nature and does not
provide Employee to any rights to probationary or tenured status. (
5. This Employment Agreement can be terminated by District any time without excuse in the sole discretion
of the District. Employee acknowledges and agrees that helshe serves as an at will employee, at the
pleasure of the ~iskict.
