TOPIC APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT WITH DCCD AUXILIARY SERVICES
PROPOSAL
That the Board of Trustees approve an Eighth Amendment to Master Agreement
between the District and the Desert Community College District Auxiliary
Services.
BACKGROUND
The Master Agreement between the District and the Auxiliary was entered into in
March, 1985, and subsequently extended by the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.
.This Eight Amendment provides for the extension of that Agreement for an
additional five years with the provision that it shall be renewed automatically
for periods of one year upon annual expiration unless otherwise amended.
BUDGET IMPLICATION
None.
RECOMMENDAT I ON
The Superintendent/President recommends that the Board of Trustees approve the
Eighth Amendment to the Master Agreement with the Desert Community College
District Auxiliary Services. .<
