Active infrared sensors
For who has a security system, the boundary
between security and total security is far
from negligible.
Urmet technology offers a series of perimeter
barriers implementing sophisticated, innovative
technology for putting a stop to intrusion
problems in open spaces. The devices consist of
a modulated infrared light transmitter and a receiver:
interrupting the infrared beam emitted by the transmitter
generates the alarm. These barriers are widely
used for protecting lofts, balconies, courtyards
and external fencing.
Synchronised curtains must be used for installation
with more than two active infrared beams.
1033/190 Active synchronised infrared sensor, 50 m range
1033/293 Active synchronised double beam infrared sensor, 150 m range
Suitable for external protection, and installed in die-cast aluminium column
or in places protected from the weather elements.
Note: avoid installation in locations in which visibility may be reduced to 70% by fog.
