In comparison with theyear 2010, the total number decreased by only 9 users. Considering the fact that since 2008 thenumber of users is dropping more, that is a positive result. This isthe largest number of visits counting since 2006. On the grounds of the number ofvisits for 2009 and 2010, it was projected that the number of visits for 2011 will reachapproximately 510 000. The projected number was not correct. Since 2009 the number of circulation decreased by 19.2 per cent.It should be pointed out that the number of visits in 2011 increased by 14.5 %,though circulation decreased by 5.3 per cent.
