Building InspectionsThe Chief Engineer in conjunction with the Assistant Chief Engineer, if applicable, isresponsible for attending and conducting, on a timely and recurring basis, propertyinspections as scheduled but is not limited to the following areas:1. ScopeDaily Work Routinesa. Tour all physical facilities.b. Review of preventive maintenance program.c. Review of energy conservation programs.d. HVAC equipment performance testing.e. Review of water treatment programs.f. Review of engineering manpower levels.g. Base building and tenant construction.h. General building maintenance.i. Provide conclusions and recommendations.The Chief Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, developing Daily Work Routineprocedures for each engineering personnel and work shift.
