It provides guidance on interpreting therequirements of EASA <strong>Part</strong> M which forms the basis for compliance with<strong>OTAR</strong>s and <strong>Part</strong> <strong>39</strong> <strong>Subpart</strong> F in particular.1.2 It is applicable to an organisation responsible for airworthiness managementin support of a Territory-registered aircraft operated under an ICAO Article83bis agreement with another state.
