There are excellent opportunities to participate in social and sporting activities throughout<br />
Switzerland and Europe. Many of <strong>the</strong>se activities are organized by <strong>the</strong> Student Committee<br />
and <strong>the</strong> Student Activities Coordinator.<br />
Within easy walking distance from all campuses, you will find a<br />
variety of local restaurants, bars, banks and interesting shops.<br />
We encourage students to get out and experience local culture,<br />
participate in traditional celebrations and become part of <strong>the</strong><br />
local community.<br />
Social activities<br />
Everyone needs to unwind after a busy study schedule, so each<br />
campus <strong>has</strong> areas for you to meet fellow students and relax,<br />
from coffee lounges to entertainment areas and your very own<br />
private student bars.<br />
Social activities provide you an opportunity to get to know<br />

Committee organizes events such as <strong>the</strong> weekly <strong>the</strong>me nights<br />

Sporting activities<br />
Sport and physical activity play an important role in your<br />
overall health and well-being. We <strong>the</strong>refore provide you <strong>with</strong> fully<br />
equipped fitness rooms and outdoor sports facilities, including<br />
a private football field in Le Bouveret and basketball and volleyball<br />
courts in Brig. Joining a sports team will create new lasting<br />
friendships, develop your team spirit skills and keep you fit!<br />
Switzerland is famous for its beautiful natural sports playgrounds,<br />
all of which are easily accessed from ei<strong>the</strong>r campus. Its famous<br />
mountains, valleys and lakes offer you year-round opportunities<br />
for individual and team sporting activities such as sailing, golf,<br />
biking, skating and paragliding. During <strong>the</strong> winter, you can<br />
easily reach <strong>the</strong> ski slopes by car, train or local buses.
