Anyone found in violation of these rules will have his or herprivileges revoked and will be removed from the RV lot. RV Park Camp Host will have the final say in all disputes.

ABSOLUTELY NO UNREGISTERED GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE RV PARK.Only one personal vehicle per RV/Trailer space will be allowed and only if it fits within designated area. Anyunattended personal vehicles parked in the RV Park will be towed at the owner’s sole expense. A designated areawill be reserved for vehicles owned by RV/Trailer park registered renters, only for vehicles too big to fit within RVspace. All vehicles must display the proper permit at all times to re-enter the RV Park. Additional vehicles musthave a proper permit to leave and re-enter and may not stay overnight, at anytime, for any reason. Driving orparking off road is not permitted.Speed limit is 5 MPH – Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with postedregulations and applicable Federal, State and local laws.Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome in the RV Park. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6’ (sixfoot) and under control and in visual observation of their owners at all times when they are outside of the owner’sRV or vehicle. Dogs are not allowed to be tied up and left unattended. Uncontrolled barking will not be tolerated atanytime. Dogs must be cleaned up after immediately. No dogs allowed on fairgrounds property outside of RV Park.All personal equipment must be kept neat and tidy within your assigned site. RV sites must be kept clean for theenjoyment of all our guests. Do not carve, chop, cut or damage any trees in the RV Park.At no time may an extension cord be stretched across a road or fire lane to supply electricity to other RV’s or stocktrucks. No multiple tie-ins will be allowed. Electrical cords must be in good condition and extension cords must notinterfere with foot traffic.No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside of RV/Trailer space. Drugs, weapons, fighting, lewd conduct, recklessdriving, speeding, motorized/non-motorized skateboards not permitted.NO LOUD RADIOS OR MUSIC AT ANYTIME: Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No loud talkingor generators. Please be considerate of others. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.NO TENTS ALLOWED.NO BLACK OR GREY WATER IS TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE GROUND: Rinse holding tank basinafter each use.NO FIRES ALLOWED: Fully contained barbecue grills and camping stoves are okay.This contract licenses the holder to park one RV/Trailer/Motorhome/Camper and one vehicle as directed at his/herown risk. The management hereby declares itself not responsible for and assumes no liability arising from fire, theft,damage to or loss of the vehicle or any article left therein. Only a license of space is granted hereby and no bailmentis created. Acceptance of this contract constitutes acknowledgement by holder that he/she has read and agrees to theprovisions of the foregoing contract and conditions itemized on the Rules and Regulations.
