Cadwell ® Easy ® II PSGThe Cadwell Easy II is an advanced multi-modality system. The Easy II PSGsystem is a complete package that includes our 32-channel digital EEG amplifierwith seven active/reference pair connectors for recording channels likeairflow, respiratory effort and snoring. The system includes a DC amplifier withfour DC inputs, a built-in pulse oximeter, and a body position sensor input.Cadwell also includes a remote input box, a complete sensor kit, and specialsoftware features like our Scorer-to-Scorer inter-scorer reliability moduleat no additional cost.The Easy II RemoteInput Headbox.The Easy II 32-Channel EEGAmplifier and DC Amplifierscommunicate to the computerthrough an ethernet cable.

Easy II was designed with flexibility in mind. We do not try toforce you into one or two system choices. Cadwell offers a widerange of computers, monitors and printers to choose from. Severalspecially designed cart systems are available with a wide range offeatures and options that can be configured to suit almost any need.Cadwell ® Easy ® II EEGThe Easy II EEG system is a fully digital 32-channel systemthat is flexible enough to accommodate almost any practice orhospital need. It can be set up as a portable EEG system witha laptop computer for out-of-lab data collection, or it can beconfigured with one of our custom designed carts that will holda high performance desk top computer, large monitor, and laserprinter. Our specially designed trolley carts allow the system tobe easily moved from room to room. Special Features andOptionsSatellite View compresses up to 100 epochs ofEEG or PSG data into one sizable window. It isuseful for identifying Cyclic Alternating Patterns(CAPs) during sleep recordings or seizures duringEEG recordings. Important event details can beviewed by clicking on the segment of interest.Specific segments can be clipped and copied fromthe record and sent to others via email attachmentfor analysis or included in a report.Our patent-pending Q-Video ® option is a powerfuldigital video recorder and player. Using aunique technology developed by the engineersat Cadwell, movement is quantified with wavesof color so physical and neurological events aremore easily correlated. Q-Video is extremely usefulin sleep and other long term studies becauseit uses a unique adaptive storage rate technologythat substantially reduces total file size. Anentire 8-hour sleep study including the editedvideo record will typically fit on a single CD. TheQ-Video Editor allows for quick editing anddownsizing of the video files as needed before archiving. Also, unlike traditional video technologiesthat can be viewed using any PC media player, Q-Video data can only be viewed through Cadwell’sproprietary technology, thus helping to protect patient privacy and assisting in meeting your HIPAArequirements.The Easy II PSG system includes an innovative inter-scorer reliability and comparison program,called Scorer-to-Scorer. This program helps labs with their quality assurance improvement objectives.The lab supervisor or “master scorer” can score a record anduse it to compare the scoring of technicians in the lab. The programcompares the records, and the result indicates where areas of improvementare needed. Easy Ambulatory 2 EEG issmall and modularEasy Ambulatory 2 EEG is an extremely modular and flexibleAmbulatory system that can record up to 32 channels of datawhile your patient is in the comfort of their home. The recorderweighs less than 5 oz. and is worn in a lightweight pouch. Thealkaline batteries are in a separate compartment in the pouch.The storage medium used is a standard flash memory card.
