This number has increased by slightly morethan 10% in the past two years and – according to the teachers themselves– will continue to increase in the years ahead (Figure 6.3). Of the teacherswho already develop digital learning materials and/or plan to do so,half are willing to make their materials available to other teachers onthe Internet (Figure 6.2). A fourth are willing to do so subject to certainconditions; many teachers want something in return, for example a fee,other materials, or time.56
