Declan McGarvey visited<br />
Argentina in 1999 and decided to<br />
stay after falling in love with the<br />
country. Nine presidents later, he<br />
remains in <strong>Buenos</strong> <strong>Aires</strong>, where<br />
he works as a travel writer and<br />
editor. He contributed to the<br />
Eyewitness Guide to Argentina,<br />
has collaborated on and edited<br />
several Time Out guides to<br />
Patagonia and <strong>Buenos</strong> <strong>Aires</strong>, and<br />
has contributed to DK’s Where to<br />
Go When series.<br />
Jonathan Schultz previously coauthored<br />
