6. Secure the left hand rear supportbracket in the position shown using theM6 x 20mm bolt from the kit. Tighten to9 Nm.cdbd11. Left hand support bracket2. M6 x 20mm bolt7. Secure the left hand front supportbracket in the position shown using aM8 x 14mm bolt from the kit. Tightenthe bolt to 9 Nm.2cdcv1. Front fixings9. Align the rear belly pan mounting holeswith the threaded holes in the rearsupport brackets. Insert a spacerbetween the mounting holes and thebrackets.11cdcu21. Left hand front support bracket2. M8 x 14mm bolt8. Whilst supporting the belly pan inposition, fit two of the M6 x 21mm boltsand washers through the belly panmounting holes into the front supportbrackets. Do not tighten the bolts atthis stage.1cdcw1. Rear support bracket2. Spacer3. Belly pan2310. Secure the belly pan and the spacers toboth rear mounting brackets with theremaining M6 x 21mm bolts andwashers. Tighten to 3 Nm.11. Tighten the front mounting bolts to 3Nm.12. Reconnect the battery, positive (red)lead first.13. Refit the seat and remove themotorcycle from the paddock stand.Page 3 of 4
