In 2007, <strong>Enterprise</strong> Rent-A-Caracquired Vanguard Car Rental Group Inc., the parent of N<strong>at</strong>ional Car Rental. This transactioncombined complementary businesses. <strong>Enterprise</strong> specializes in in-town rentals and N<strong>at</strong>ionalmainly serves customers who rent <strong>at</strong> airp<strong>or</strong>ts. This contract will be in effect August 1, 2011.Frequently Asked QuestionsWho is an eligible renter under the Troy University contract with <strong>Enterprise</strong>/N<strong>at</strong>ional?The r<strong>at</strong>es and discounts in this agreement apply to Troy University’s faculty and staff onuniversity business. <strong>Enterprise</strong>/N<strong>at</strong>ional has agreed to extend the same r<strong>at</strong>es and discounts f<strong>or</strong>personal travel as well.Is there a minimum age requirement?Yes, renters must be 21 <strong>or</strong> older. In addition t<strong>or</strong>enting a vehicle, users can review a listing of their entire line of services, find out aboutspecial offers, company news, enroll in The Emerald Club, and reserve your desired car f<strong>or</strong>your business, as well as, your vac<strong>at</strong>ion trip.Are vehicles full of fuel <strong>at</strong> the time of pick-up <strong>or</strong> delivery?N<strong>at</strong>ional Car Rental provides a full tank of gas with every rental. At <strong>Enterprise</strong> airp<strong>or</strong>tloc<strong>at</strong>ions, each rental vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas, and <strong>at</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong> off airp<strong>or</strong>tloc<strong>at</strong>ions, each rental vehicle is provided with <strong>at</strong> least ½ tank of gas.Is there unlimited mileage with each rental?Yes. N<strong>at</strong>ional and <strong>Enterprise</strong>'s r<strong>at</strong>es include unlimited mileage in all car classes, f<strong>or</strong> daily andweekly rentals.
