CUSTOMER agrees not to hold JBER Clubs responsible for anyadverse conditions brought on by any outside vendors.• CUSTOMER is solely responsible for the removal of all outsidevendors’ equipment and CUSTOMER property at the end ofCUSTOMERS scheduled event.• CUSTOMER understands only authorized personnel may attend andare responsible for guests conduct• CUSTOMER understands at 6 Mile Chalet, ARAMARK has first right ofrefusal: At Arctic Chill, Cave, And Otter Lake Lodge, JBER Clubs willhave first right of refusal• CUSTOMER is responsible for all set up, tear down, and cleaning offacilities unless otherwise stated in this contract• Inspection of facility will take place at end of event when keys arehanded over.• No outside liquor will be allowed in any facility without garrisoncommander approvalOtter Lake Lodge
