ON BCR/ABL t(9;22), DC, S-Fusion, ESA single-fusion assay is preferably used for the initial screeningof CML and ALL patients. By adding an additional regionproximal to the breakpoints on chromosome 9q34, this probewill provide an extra signal on the der(9q34) in case of at(9;22).
