Give each student a copy <strong>of</strong> Master 3.10 and Master 3.11:Comparing the Past and Current UNOS Policies. Go over theMaster 3.11 instructions, and then give students about fiveminutes to work in pairs or small groups to fill out the master.For example, the current policy prioritizes the criteria <strong>of</strong> “whoeveris sickest” over the criteria <strong>of</strong> “whoever lives the closet,” whereas thereverse was the case in the past policy, so students would fill out thediagram accordingly.
