Page 2-15, Steps 1–2Give one copy <strong>of</strong> Master 2.8 to each student, and project a transparency <strong>of</strong> it. Page 2-16, Step 3Give a red and a green card to each student, and tell them what the colors mean. Page 2-16, Step 4Announce the beginning <strong>of</strong> Round 1, and note that everyone is susceptible. Page 2-16, Step 5Designate one student to be the index case.
