Pilot, etc.) or $2,000 per episode of a Series directly to the CMPA.ii) If the Producer is a Member in Good Standing of the APFTQ as of thedate of the remittance of the fee, (which membership in good standingshall be confirmed by the APFTQ by written notice), 2% to a maximumof $1,000 per production or episode to the Guild, and any levies whichmay be due to the APFTQ directly to the APFTQ.iii) If the Producer is not a Member in Good Standing of one of theAssociations as of the date of the remittance of the fee, as evidenced bywritten notice from one of the Associations to such effect, 7% with nomaximum for any Production or Episode, such amount to be sentdirectly to the Guild.A1202 The Producer shall remit the administration fees to the Guild and to therelevant Association on or before the 15 th of the month following thepayments of the Writer’s, Story Editor’s or Story Consultant’s fees. Thefees shall be payable by cheques to the Guild and to the relevantAssociation and mailed to the Guild and Association offices.A1203 All amounts collected under Article A1201 (iii) above shall be divided asfollows: 50% shall be retained by the Guild and 50% shall be paid to therelevant Association. The Guild shall remit the respective shares of theadministration fees itemized by production to the relevant Associationwithin 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. Upon seventy-two (72)hours notice, an authorized representative of the relevant Association may,during normal business hours, inspect the books and records of the Guildpertaining to the collection and remittance of the administration fee.A1204 Amounts paid under Article A1201 to the Guild and to the Associationsshall each be accompanied by a completed copy of the RemittanceStatement Form Provided to Producers.A1205 During the life of this Agreement, the CMPA and APFTQ may amend theamounts payable to their respective Association by their members set outin article A1201(i) and A1201 (ii).52
