payments <strong>of</strong> the Writer’s, Story Editor’s or Story Consultant’s fees. Thefees shall be payable by cheques to the <strong>Guild</strong> and to the relevantAssociation and mailed to the <strong>Guild</strong> and Association <strong>of</strong>fices.403 All amounts collected under Article 401 (iii) above shall be divided asfollows: 50% shall be retained by the <strong>Guild</strong> and 50% shall be paid to therelevant Association. The <strong>Guild</strong> shall remit the respective shares <strong>of</strong> theadministration fees itemized by production to the relevant Associationwithin 30 days <strong>of</strong> the end <strong>of</strong> each calendar quarter. Upon seventy-two (72)hours notice, an authorized representative <strong>of</strong> the relevant Association may,during normal business hours, inspect the books and records <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Guild</strong>pertaining to the collection and remittance <strong>of</strong> the administration fee.404 Amounts paid under Article 401 to the <strong>Guild</strong> and to the Associations shalleach be accompanied by a completed copy <strong>of</strong> the Remittance StatementForm provided to Producers.405 During the life <strong>of</strong> this Agreement, the CMPA and APFTQ may amend theamounts payable to their respective Associations by their members set outin article 401(i) and 401 (ii).ARTICLE 5 – INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT PLAN ANDDEDUCTIONS FROM ANIMATION WRITERS’ ANDANIMATION STORY EDITORS’ FEES501 InsuranceThe Producer shall contribute an amount equal to five percent (5%) <strong>of</strong> theGross Fees <strong>of</strong> each Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor who is a<strong>Guild</strong> member for insurance benefits.502 Retirement PlanThe Producer shall contribute an amount equal to six percent (6%) <strong>of</strong> theGross Fees <strong>of</strong> each Animation Writer and Animation Story Editor who is a<strong>Guild</strong> member for retirement benefits. As <strong>of</strong> January 1, 2013, thiscontribution shall be increased to seven percent (7%) on Script Fees only.As <strong>of</strong> January 1, 2014, the increase to seven percent (7%) shall apply to allremaining fees under this Animation Section. For clarity, the contributionon Script Fees shall remain at seven percent (7%) in 2014.129
