) United States – Syndication – per year:ten percent (10%) <strong>of</strong> original Script Feec) For use in a country other than <strong>Canada</strong> and the United States, theProducer shall pay the Writer as follows:either:i) on the first foreign release – fifteen percent (15%) <strong>of</strong> theoriginal Script Fee; orii)when the Feature Film has grossed over $15,000 – anadditional ten percent (10%) <strong>of</strong> the original Script Feeiii) when the Feature Film has grossed over $22,500 – anadditional ten percent (10%) <strong>of</strong> the original Script FeePayments due under i) above shall be payable within three (3)months <strong>of</strong> the first foreign sale. Payments under ii) and iii) aboveshall be payable within thirty (30) days after the grosses detailed inthe sub-clauses have been reached. The Producer agrees to report tothe <strong>Guild</strong> when payments are due to <strong>Writers</strong> under the terms <strong>of</strong> thisArticle and to make mutually satisfactory arrangements with the<strong>Guild</strong> regarding access and checking <strong>of</strong> records concerning re-runsand foreign sales.oriv)Upon acceptance <strong>of</strong> the Second Draft Script, payment to theWriter <strong>of</strong> thirty-five percent (35%) <strong>of</strong> the Script Fee, beingpayment for use in a country other than <strong>Canada</strong> and the UnitedStates during the period <strong>of</strong> fifteen (15) years from the date <strong>of</strong>final payment for the Script was due.3) Residuals to Continuity Writer(s) for Pay Television, Cable Television,Cassettes, Videodiscs and any other form <strong>of</strong> compact device, domesticand foreign use:i) on the first such sale – fifteen percent (15%) <strong>of</strong> the original ScriptFee;ii)when the program has grossed over $15,000 – an additional tenpercent (10%) <strong>of</strong> the original Script Fee;iii) when the program has grossed over $22,500 – an additional tenpercent (10%) <strong>of</strong> the original Script Fee;95
