Findings (AMC M.B.705 (a) (1))51.1 For a level 1 finding the CAAN will inform the owner/operator and the CAAN<strong>of</strong> any potentially affected aircraft in order that corrective action can be taken toensure possible unsafe conditions on these aircraft are corrected before furtherflight.51.2 Furthermore, a level 1 finding could lead to a non compliance to be found on anaircraft as specified in NCAR M.B. 303 (g). In this case, proper action asspecified in NCAR M.B.303 would be taken.52. Changes (NCAR M.B.706)52.1 The CAAN will comply with the applicable elements <strong>of</strong> the initial approval forany change to the organisation notified in accordance with point NCARM.A.713.52.2 The CAAN may prescribe the conditions under which the approved continuingairworthiness management organisation may operate during such changes unlessit determines that the approval will be suspended due to the nature or the extent<strong>of</strong> the changes.52.3 For any change to the continuing airworthiness management exposition:(a) In the case <strong>of</strong> direct approval <strong>of</strong> changes in accordance with NCAR M.A.704(b),the CAAN will verify that the procedures specified in the exposition are incompliance with this Annex (<strong>Part</strong>-M) before formally notifying the approvedorganisation <strong>of</strong> the approval.(b) In the case an indirect approval procedure is used for the approval <strong>of</strong> the changesin accordance with point NCAR M.A.704(c), the CAAN will ensure(i) that the changes remain minor and(ii) that it has an adequate control over the approval <strong>of</strong> the changes to ensurethey remain in compliance with the requirements <strong>of</strong> this Annex (<strong>Part</strong>-M);53. Changes (AMC M.B.706)53.1 Changes in nominated personsThe CAAN will have adequate control over any changes to the personnelspecified in NCAR M.A.706 (a), (c), (d) and (i).
