Director General, CAA Nepal is the chiefexecutive pursuant to article 34 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong> Act.This power delegation has been issued pursuant to the rule 87 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong> Regulationsto the airworthiness inspectors to facilitate the day to day works <strong>of</strong> airworthiness inspectors.The airworthiness inspectors <strong>of</strong> <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> <strong>of</strong> Nepal are hereby delegatedfollowing authorities with respect to implementation <strong>of</strong> NCAR 145.1. Assess the maintenance organization for compliance with NCAR 145.2. Recommend the NCAR approval after full compliance with NCAR 145.3. Issue the NCAR 145 approval after completing all requirements <strong>of</strong> NCAR 145 section B.4. Suspend the NCAR 145 approval iaw NCAR 145 requirements.5. Limit the NCAR 145 approval iaw NCAR 145 requirements.6. Revoke the NCAR 145 approval iaw NCAR 145 requirements.This letter remains valid until suspended, altered or superseded and the holder remains as anairworthiness inspector <strong>of</strong> CAA Nepal.____________________T.
