Dry air. Add humidity to the room. Contact yourhomecare provider.Dirty air filter.Change and/or clean the Filter Media.Transcend control panelLEDs don’t flash orilluminate when powersupply connected to DCinput jack.No airflow from theTranscend.Yellow fault LED flashesgeneral fault warningsequenceDevice shuts down duringtherapyPower source is not properlyconnected.AC power may not be active.Device motor failure; or,electronics failure.Device detects an operatingerror.Improper seal of externalhardware (mask, universal hoseadaptor, tubing); or use ofexternal hardware pastrecommended lifetime.Check all power connections.Use another power outlet.Confirm outlet is not controlled by a wallswitch.Contact the homecare provider’s technicalservice department.Note the number of times the yellow faultLED flashes before the flash sequencerepeats. Refer to Fault, alert andreminder codes for possible correction.If error indication continues after takingcorrective action by holding down thepower button until the yellow fault ledstops flashing, contact your homecareprovider’s technical service department.Secure all equipment to ensure a properseal. Replace any external hardwareexceeding recommended lifetime. If theproblem persists, call your homecareprovider’s technical service department.
