This information is available on theCompany’s website, www.bourbon-online.com under the heading“BOURBON” – “Finance” – “Regulated information”.2.6 Significant transactions affecting thedistribution of capital over the past three yearsSince the end of the last fiscal yearFollowing the transactions mentioned below, up to the registrationdate of the 2011 Registration Document and as far as the Companyis aware, the companies Mach-Invest International and MonnoyeurSAS hold more than 5% of BOURBON’s capital stock and the JaccarHoldings company more than 25%.On January 19, 2012, Jaccar Holdings strengthened its positionfollowing the acquisition of a block of 945,000 BOURBON sharesand reported that it had exceeded the 25% threshold for thecapital stock and voting rights. On that date, Jaccar Holdings held17,647,033 BOURBON shares.Jaccar Holdings also declared, on the same date:3 that it will continue acting as a shareholder, namely a shareholderdesirous of accompanying the development and strategy decidedon by the Board of Directors of BOURBON;3 that it will continue to manage its interests actively and that it isplanning to increase them as opportunities arise;3 that it is not the intention of Jaccar Holdings to take overBOURBON nor to request other directorships on BOURBON’sBoard of Directors other than those of Jacques de Chateauvieux,Chairman and Director with delegated powers of Jaccar Holdings,and Ms. Lan Vo, Board member and manager of the Vietnamesebranch of Jaccar Holdings.Year 2011On October 5 and 6, 2011, Cana Tera SAS, the parent company ofJaccar Holdings, acquired 72,324 BOURBON shares on the market,increasing its total number of shares to 114,674.After selling all of its shares to Mach-Invest International,Mach-Invest SAS purchased 7,000 BOURBON shares inOctober 2011.BOURBON - 2011 Registration Document 159
