Booking terms <strong>and</strong> conditions<br />
Rates are subject to change until yachts are confirmed with<br />
deposit.<br />
Group Payment Schedule:<br />
• $500.00 deposit per yacht to confirm<br />
• 30% due 6 months prior to the charter start date<br />
• Balance is due 60 days prior to the charter start date<br />
Group Cancellation Policy:<br />
• Charters cancelled more than 180 days (6 months) prior to the<br />
charter start date will be charged a $500.00 cancel fee<br />
• Charters cancelled within 180 days (6 months) prior to the<br />
charter start date will be charged 100% of deposited monies
