7.15.1 Replacement of water sectiondiaphragm (fig. 72).• Turn off boiler as in Section 7.1.1.• Remove bottom cover as in section7.1.3.3.• Open hot water taps.• Remove clip (2), undo union (3)• Remove 6 screws (4).• Pull water section base away fromDHW heat exchanger and dropdown.• Remove diaphragm.• Replace in reverse order.• Carry out electrical checks (seesection 5.1).• Refill and repressurise the boiler(see section 5.4).7.16 Replacement of pressureand temperature gauge• Turn off boiler as in section 7.1.1.• Remove front casing as in section7.1.3.• Release CH water pressure anddrain boiler as in section 7.1.2.• Lower front control panel as insection 7.1.6.• Undo union (2, fig 71) on divertervalve to release pressure gaugetube.• Remove temperature gauge phialfrom pocket on primary flow pipe.• Press spring clips on side of gaugeto remove from front panel.• Replace in reverse order.• Refill and repressurise the boiler(see section 5.4).7.17 Replacement of differentialpressure switch• Turn off boiler as in section 7.1.1.• Remove front casing as in section7.1.3.• Release CH water pressure anddrain boiler as in section 7.1.2.• Lower front control panel as insection 7.1.6.• Remove clip at rear of switch bypulling it to the left.• Disconnect wires from switch (1,fig. 73).• Pull pressure differential switchforward to remove.• Reassemble in reverse order.• Carry out electrical checks (seesection 5.1).• Refill and repressurise the boiler(see section 5.4).fig. 72fig. 73GW 635/0-aGW 649/041
