Providing aclear and concise summary of environmental risk, with corresponding overview tablesoffering guidance to the solicitor, purchaser and lender. The Commercial Review isparticularly suitable for use in commercial property acquisition, investment andpension fund inclusion services and is fully compliant with the Law Society WarningCard on Contaminated Land.Commercial Screening• Entry-level, commercial property environmental risk screening report, with summaryassessment by an environmental consultant. Providing a clear and concise summaryof environmental risk with corresponding overview tables offering guidance to thesolicitor, purchaser and lender. The Commercial Screening is particularly suited forlarge residential and commercial sites, large estates and divestment scenarios.
