FromJune 1999 to November 2006, my engineer responsibilities expanded to includecoordinating Hydro license related matters with local, state and federal agenciesas well as Hydro license compliance. In March 2003, my responsibilitiesexpanded to include supervision of Hydro licensing matters for the NYSEGelectric production facilities. From November 2006 through April 2008, I was theManager of Fossil/Hydro Operations for RG&E electric production facilities. Iassumed my present position in April 2008 and now have responsibility formanagement of operations, maintenance, engineering, regulatory compliance andadministration for both NYSEG's and RG&E's electric production facilities.Q. What is the overall purpose of the Panel's testimony?A.
