I received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, and anM.B.A. from the University of Southern Maine. I was employed by CentralMaine Power Company ("CMP") from 1979 through 2002, serving in a variety oftechnical, supervisory and managerial positions. I left CMP as Vice President ofMarketing and Economic Development to join RG&E and NYSEG in January2003 as Vice President – Electric Technical Services. In September 2003, I wasassigned the added responsibility of Gas Technical Services. I assumed theposition of Vice President – Operations in 2004 and my current position inAugust 2009.1
