We will meet these objectives by utilizing differentcommunication tools to target three main audiences:1. Archery Community and their Families2. Danish Citizens3. Tourists of Copenhagen and DenmarkArchery Community and their FamiliesArchers share a passion for the sport so the best way to attract themto this event would be to promote the World Archery Championshipsas the ultimate archery fan experience. This can be achieved throughthe implementation of a World Archery Festival and new and excitingmultimedia opportunities. We see a large potential in attracting foreignspectators to this event. To attract European and Scandinavian fans wewill work closely with the European federations and use social media, our website and international press releases to directly target all of theEuropean Archery fans.World Archery FestivalWe will organise an interactive range of activities that will runsimultaneously with the Championships; the World Archery Festival willbe a celebration of archery attracting archers and their families to theevent. Copenhagen Calling and New MediaCopenhagen Calling is a marketing campaign through which theorganising committee will promote the event using not only socialmedia like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube, but new mediaplatforms in native languages, in the countries where archery isparticularly popular. The main website www.likeneverbefore2015.dk isalready up and running and will be updated regularly.
