Asstandard, we offer the steelfire and smoke protectionelements galvanized,with a powder-coatedprimer in Traffic white(similar to RAL 9016).Optionally, the elements areavailable galvanized primed,in bronze and all RAL colours.LockAs standard, all Hörmannfire-rated and smoke-tightdoors are equippedwith a latch catch lock.The fixed leaf is securedby a rebate espagnolettelock. Optionally, we offeranti-panic locks,also self-locking.Lever handle setAs standard, we offerall door sets with an offsetaluminium lever/lever handleset with a steel coreincluding a cylinder roseescutcheon. Closing devicesAs standard, all fire-rated and smoke-tight doors areequipped according to DIN EN 1154 with a slide railoverhead door closer on the hinge side, with an integrateddoor leaf selector for double-leaf doors. Integratedoverhead door closers are also available for a particularlyharmonious look of the door.Slide rail overhead door closerHingesThe standard 3D hinge for T30 and RSdoors is three-way adjustable, eitherwith a pivot point of 20 or 36 mm.This aluminium hinge is availableanodised, powder-coated in all coloursor with a stainless steel finish.For the slim S-Line profiles alternativelythe slim steel guide roller is alsoavailable as a version for weldingor screwing on (pivot point 12 mm).It highlights the vertical line and isavailable with the same surfaceas the door or in stainless steel.The concealed hinges are integratedin the fascia frame and door leaf. Thisis coupled with an integrated closingsystem and thus the all-round profileis not interrupted by a surfacemountedelement.Glazing beadsAs standard, the doors are equippedall-round and on both sides of thedoor with rectangular steel glazingbeads. This detail gives the dooran elegant overall appearance.For an exclusive industrial look youcan also choose screwed angle glazingbeads for both sides of the door.We also offer a screwed angle glazingbead with edge recess, which is fittedon both sides of the door, givingthe door a delicate filigree touch.39
