There should be a minimum percentage <strong>of</strong> votes that a Ward Constituency and Presidential candidates must attainin order to be declared the winners. These candidates should attain 51% majority <strong>of</strong> registered votes. This will take care <strong>of</strong> thethird opinion where a voter refuses to vote because he or she is not satisfied by any <strong>of</strong> the candidates.Com: Keriako Tobiko: Excuse me. Here, we discussed about citizenship. A child whose both parents are Kenyans should be a citizen <strong>of</strong>Kenya. Somebody who has stayed in Kenya for more than fifteen years can apply to be a citizen and the government shouldconsider him and give him that citizenship.The other thing is, if a woman or a man marries a foreigner, that foreigner should be given citizenship <strong>of</strong> Kenya. All citizens <strong>of</strong>Kenya should have access to medical, education, food and every other requirements.The other thing is discipline: Discipline is a must in our Armed Forces. They should be disciplined. The other thing is thatKenyan President should not be the Commander in Chief <strong>of</strong> the Armed Forces. The Parliament should be given powers overArmed Forces. President should not declare any emergency in our land. Only Parliament should do that.We should have only two political parties in Kenya. If somebody wants to register a political party, he should not have less thanfifty thousand members or followers.
