It is inherent and inviolable rights to every human being. No one hasthe right whatsoever, to take away the life of another person. In makinglaws of a particular individual of the family, family must be considered first. State organs shall at all times regard and promotehuman rights as their primary responsibility-and this Constitution must do the same.
