ACKNOWLEDGEMENTSPreparation of this report could not have been accomplished without the professional, efficient,and dedicated services of the entire staff of the Finance Department and the cooperation ofother City departments. Their long hours of assistance with the preparation and review of thisreport are greatly appreciated. The Mayor, City Administrator and City Council are to becomplimented for their encouragement, interest, and support in conducting the financialoperations of the City in a sound and progressive manner. The efficient assistance ofexaminers from the Office of the State Auditor is also appreciated.
