This was demonstratedby the level of financial and programmatic support committed and their steadfast determinationto be engaged, to see this effort through to its productive beginning, not conclusion. It istime to do great work on the City’s Eastside; they agreed.The investment has continued. Additional funding sources are identified and offered up by therespective parties as leverage, not just a means to an end.
